Please also specify how long we have to complete the commission. Our standard commission period is four to six weeks. We will respond to your enquiry as quickly as we can, beginning a process of careful consultation. When you are completely happy with the design, we will ask you to pay a deposit of fifty percent of the total commission cost, with the balance due on completion. You are under no obligation to buy the item until this deposit has been paid.
